Acceptable Use Policy
This is a State of Wisconsin computer system that contains data pertaining to local aid and improvement program funding that is received and distributed through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). This system is also the portal for accessing the Local Roads Improvement Program’s web-based application (LRIPWeb) for purposes of submitting program applications and reimbursement requests.
This is a restricted computer system for authorized users only. All equipment, systems, services, and software connected to this system are intended only for official business use of the State of Wisconsin and may contain U.S. Government information. All data contained on this system is owned by the State of Wisconsin. The State of Wisconsin reserves the right to audit, monitor, record and/or disclose all transactions and data sent over this system in a manner consistent with State and federal law. Use of this system by any user, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to monitoring, recording, reading, copying, or capturing and disclosure of data and transactions by authorized personnel. Any illegal, unauthorized use or modification of the State of Wisconsin data, equipment, systems, services, or software by any person(s) is prohibited and may be subject to civil or criminal prosecution under state and/or federal laws.
This site collects data provided by the authorized user for purposes of viewing or conducting business with the State of Wisconsin. Access is available to officials of local units of government and their designees for the purpose of viewing local municipal funding and project data. Personally identifiable registration information submitted to this site will result in a denial of access unless directly related to local office contact information, e.g., home telephone or email address for local official business.
The website, and the pages and material available on it, are for informational purposes only, and for use by authorized users of the Local Roads Improvement Programs (LRIP) for the express purpose of processing state government application and reimbursement documents associated with funds awarded to counties, towns, cities and villages in the State of Wisconsin.
